- Reuse and Refill Systems: Legally binding take-back obligations are now actively enforced for entities introducing products to the market for the first time.
- Conformity Assessment: Organizations are mandated to compile detailed technical documentation to demonstrate complete compliance for all packaging materials.
Looking forward, recycling mandates will become increasingly rigorous. Producers must proactively prepare for gradual implementation to guarantee that all packaging is fully recyclable by 2030, in alignment with the targeted minimum recycling rate of 70%.
